Terms

Bookings. All bookings are requests until I personally confirm them. Once confirmed, a 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is due on or before delivery.

Cancellations. Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund (minus a small admin fee). Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit, as ingredients have usually been bought.

Allergens. All food is prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and alcohol. I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please share allergies when booking so I can advise.

Delivery. Free delivery within Surbiton and central Kingston upon Thames. A small fee applies to the wider KT and SW postcodes; quoted at booking.

Photos. I may photograph finished orders for my portfolio. Customer details are never shared alongside the photos — please tell me if you'd prefer your order not to be photographed.
