I learned to cook standing on a kitchen stool next to my mum — twenty-something years ago and counting. It's where my love for real, slow, generous food began, and it's still the way I cook today.
For the last eight years, I've worn the chef's whites as a sous chef at The Ned — Soho House's five-star hotel in the heart of the City of London. I've cooked through wedding banquets, member dinners, room-service breakfasts and every quiet, immaculate detail in between. It's a kitchen that taught me how to do things properly.
Now, I'm bringing all of that home. Cooking by Klaudia is the little business I've always wanted to start — a way to share the kind of food I cook for the people I love, with families across Surbiton, Kingston and South-West London. Birthday cakes, dessert tables, Sunday roasts and full private catering, made by me, in my own kitchen, the way I was trained.
