I'm Klaudia. I've been cooking since I was old enough to stand on a stool beside my mum — that's twenty years and counting. For the last eight, I've been a sous chef at The Ned, Soho House's five-star hotel in the City of London. Now I'm bringing that same care, finesse and obsession with the small details home, to my own kitchen in Surbiton.
